Pumpkin Pie Smoothie

Make the yummiest, healthiest pumpkin pie smoothie!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 C Almond Milk
  • ¼ C Raw Pecans
  • ¼ C Organic Pumpkin Puree
  • ½ Banana
  • 1 tsp Pumpkin Pie Spice
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1 scoop Vanilla Protein Powder Optional
  • 1 scoop Collagen Powder Optional
  • 8 ice cubes

Method
 

  1. Add all items to blender and mix.
  2. Serve in a cold glass with a straw and enjoy!

Notes

Optional Add-In: If you prefer a super sweet smoothie, you can add in a tablespoon of honey or maple syrup to give it that extra bit of sweetness! 
 
How to Store: This smoothie is best served immediately. If you have leftovers, store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 day. Give it a quick stir or bend with a small mixer.
How to Freeze:  You can store this smoothie in an airtight container and freeze up to 3 months. When ready to eat, pull it out of the freezer and allow it defrost slightly on the counter for about 15 minutes and give it a quick stir.
