Iced Matcha Latte

Ingredients
  

  • 1 C Almond Mik Or preferred milk
  • 1 Tbsp Matcha Powder or 1 packet
  • 1 Tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1 Tbsp Maple Syrup more if you prefer sweeter
  • 1 Scoop Collagen

Equipment

  • 1 Glass Mug or Cup
  • 1 Milk Frother

Method
 

  1. Pour 1 C of almond milk into your glass
  2. Add 1 tbsp of matcha powder (or 1 packet) into the milk. Use your milk frother to mix it in well.
  3. Add in 1 scoop of collagen and mix well with your milk frother.
  4. Add in 1 tsp of vanilla extract.
  5. Add 1 tbsp of maple syrup
  6. Use your milk frother to mix the final ingredients in
  7. Add in 4-5 ice cubes
  8. Grab a straw and enjoy your healthy iced matcha latte!

Notes

*Use your preferred milk, but almond is a great choice so the drink is not too heavy
*You can always use a splash of vanilla extract or omit per your preference
*Maple Syrup can be substituted with honey or another sweetener
