Method
- Pour 1 C of almond milk into your glass
- Add 1 tbsp of matcha powder (or 1 packet) into the milk. Use your milk frother to mix it in well.
- Add in 1 scoop of collagen and mix well with your milk frother.
- Add in 1 tsp of vanilla extract.
- Add 1 tbsp of maple syrup
- Use your milk frother to mix the final ingredients in
- Add in 4-5 ice cubes
- Grab a straw and enjoy your healthy iced matcha latte!
Notes
*Use your preferred milk, but almond is a great choice so the drink is not too heavy
*You can always use a splash of vanilla extract or omit per your preference
*Maple Syrup can be substituted with honey or another sweetener
